My father suffered from Parkinson's and dementia for several years and C-Care provided 24 hour in home care for the last two years of his life. Raymond, who is in charge of operations, is committed to ensuring every caregiver is a good fit for the families they support. We had a combination of full and part time PSWs taking care of my dad. They deserve more than 5 stars. They were all reliable, warm, professional and honest. I was so happy with the company, I employed their services again for an elderly gentleman under my guardianship who was still living alone in his home. They are extremely responsive and answer emails and phone calls 7 days a week late into the night. I am truly grateful for the care we received.

The staff at C-Care are both caring and highly professional. Our family has been very impressed with the quality of service provided. Even my mom, who is a retired RN and has verrry high standards is quite pleased with her caregivers, and that says a lot!

We were extremely happy with the quality of the caregivers. Our father was hospitalized for a week and needed support around the clock at the hospital and for the first 2 weeks at home. Raymond and Lina provided excellent people who looked after our father competently but also with compassion and sensitivity. They were an important factor in his recovery.

My sisters and I are so pleased with the services of C- Care. The personal support workers are so caring and gentle with our Mother. She was in the hospital for about 2 months before relocating to her long term care home. We spoke with Lina and Raymond when our Mother was in the hospital and they were quick to respond to our needs. The personal support workers continue to provide superb care for our Mom and the staff at the long term care home have also told us that these caregivers are excellent . It gives the family peace of mind knowing that our Mother is well cared for.

My family used the services of C-Care Health Services for about a year and a half. We were very comforted by the compassion and care that the staff showed towards my elderly father who had dementia as well as immobility and health issues. All day long, his caregiver gently encouraged him to drink his quota for the day. He/she kept him clean, kept his surroundings tidy and most of all were attentive to his needs. When we were not there to visit, we trusted that Dad was receiving exemplary care. Two of Dad's caregivers attended his funeral and one was honoured to be a pallbearer. Dad's caregivers became part of our family and we will never forget them!
