From the initial intake; seeing the care and genuine understanding of my fathers needs, I knew that I could trust Amanda with the complexity of our requests. Whenever I need to talk to someone at Comfort Keepers - Amanda, , Paola, Susan or Nadia, they are always know who I am, are professional, courteous, and most importantly kind. When my father was in the hospital we chose Comfort Keepers personal support workers to assist in his hospital stay. They were efficient, thoughtful and helpful. We knew he was well cared for. They were great from the minute we first called them. They did a thorough intake and matched my father with a perfect caregiver. I really liked that I could reach someone in the office day or night, It was a worry free process.

As a child of a 91 year old widow, I worry about the care and safety of my mother. My mom is independent, but we wanted to ensure that she got the right amount of care to alleviate any worry we had - Comfort Keepers fit the bill From the first inquiry, my concerns were listened to and addressed. They found the perfect care giver to assist my mother - while still allowing her to retain her independence. From the office staff to the caregiver, there was never a moment of concern. They were efficient, honest, caring and totally trustworthy. While I wish I could be there every minute for my mom, it is nice to know that I needn't worry - Comfort Keepers provided me with the security I required and my mother with the gentle care that she needed.
