I have been volunteering here for a few months now, and I must say that it has been fantastic. Every resident is incredibly kind, and it's wonderful to hear their experiences. I work for the recreation section for two days and the office for the other two, and both are wonderful experiences.

This is the first week of my father in law at Northridge LTC, from the beginning we are already impressed with care of our father. He received a warm welcome from the management and lovely staff of the Mill House. I would to acknowledged all staff with tender loving care of our parent in this place. The place is organized and clean. They are on the regulations of the infection control. Their meals are cooked in the home, at times according to nutritionist the meals goes with season. Thank you very much to all the management and staff of Northridge LTC for all the tender loving care that our parent is receiving. Kind regards, Carmelita and Edwin Buenbrazo

My mother and father are cared for by so many wonderful ladies at Northridge Long Term Care. And all the caregivers are experienced and show the residence love and compassion 24 hrs a day. I can't imagine a better place to care for people needing long term care. Thankyou to all the staff and to Northridge management for their skills at hiring the right people who seem to love what they can give to the residents at this time of need in their lives.

I used to work for this company when I graduated college, that place is dysfunctional they are unfair to their employees racist and also gossip is high lack team work they don't treat the residence with respect it was a horrible experience they let me go due to false accusations any other nursing homes and nursing agencies I've worked for never had any problems with me, and they would give me a great reference ! I suggest anyone seeking personal care for their loved ones they should keep them home and have psw come in the home and give the care cause its more reliable service one on one care and you can see that your loved ones being taken care of management very unprofessional as well I've heard new management has taken over over the years and everyone of those new have done just a worst job non of the African Canadian psw get any respect and get treated like children a place full of privileged while the less privileged people get treated like scum
