I normally don’t review often, but I felt like I have to review this place.
My disabled sister has never been out of our family care. Due to unexpected circumstances, we were very reluctant, but had to place her into a long term care home.
I heard about this home from a friend that it is a very good place. Without looking at any reviews online I decided that this was a good place for my sister to be because it is also close to my house.
One day I was looking for the address on Google and I was shocked to find a low rating.
I didn’t find this rating to be fair because being a very protective brother, I never thought I could’ve found a better place for my sister.
All levels of staff cannot be rated any better, 10 out of 10 for each of them.
My sister has been well looked after at all times, with all her needs taken care of.
I don’t want to mention any names for the fear of missing one of them, but from my experience (spending at least 3 hours a day every day there) seeing how the staff deal with not only my sister but with others as well they are more than perfect. They deal with every need with patience and love, the staff all work well together, and overall I would recommend this home to anybody.
