Worst homecare nursing

Agree with Alex “PSWs do not show up. Agency forgets to notify clients that appointment was cancelled. No make up appointments provided. Care for patients comes last.” We have experienced the same issues. Nurses also don’t follow doctor’s orders and do what they want. My mother’s wounds have got worse because they won’t follow the doctor’s orders.

I found the nurses and support workers to be helpful. Sometimes there were some scheduling issues but never was it serious or unresolved. I am grateful for the care over the holidays, it definitely assisted me in my recovery.

I would like to thank your company for helping me these past few weeks and especially during the holidays. Without your help I would have been lost. Your company does great things and you are helping many people. Thank you. FH.

Dianne has been coming to help my mom for some time now. She is very caring, practices good hygiene, and always leaves the washroom spotless. I know my mom is in good hands with Dianne!

If i could give this company a zero, i would. Horrible. Coordinators and staff are completely incompetent. I have contacted the ministry of health to do an internal audit. They pay workers who don't show up and bill the government. Your family member is better off dead than in the care of this agency. Stay away

Terrible service. Unprofessional company. Avoid if possible. PSWs do not show up. Agency forgets to notify clients that appointment was cancelled. No make up appointments provided. Care for patients comes last.
