My Grandfather, Charles D, Weber stated at the home in June of 2018. To hear him tell it, it was the best of the best. Great and friendly staff, food that was good and many different types. The room was large and was clean and changed by the staff weekly. All in All this was a wonderfully stay and would do it again if I needed it. I would recomend Chatham Retirement to anyone as a clean, friendly and with a very well trained staff.

Recuperating from double knee surgery, I had a great stay for 2 weeks, June/July 2018. Very impressed with staff. This residential care facility caters specifically to long term residents, so there were a couple minor bumps getting trays delivered, and dealing with allergies. However, this care was exactly what I needed, when I needed it! Solid 4 starts!

Took a tour there. The staff room ceiling was falling in. Peaked into the kitchen to see lights broken, ceiling tiles missing and the culinary director eating off the residents plates! We saw a director scolding staff and demeaning them well beyond what is considered an acceptable way to speak to staff. She then turned around and called a resident ignorant names. When speaking up about it she said they have dementia and won't even remember by the time they get back to their room, if they could even remember their way (and she laughed about it). This is the last place I would send my family. I've seen comments like this about Revera locations in bigger cities, I never thought I'd see anything like this in Chatham.
