As senior moving professionals we have the opportunity to work at Tiffin on a regular basis. Their staff and management help make our clients’ move experience run smoothly. Whether the resident is moving in or out, or sometimes just down the hall, they are always accommodating. We have been invited to speak on many occasions to educate seniors about the daunting tasks associated with downsizing. Kim and Paul are great at inviting the public in and wanting to share their knowledge with seniors and their families.

We visited family who lived at Tiffin. The lakehouse decor was calming. The suites were condo style and had everything we needed. We had a lovely breakfast and lunch in the residence. We enjoyed being at Georgian Bay, the spectacular views and friendly people. We rented a boat and went fishing. We also enjoyed a cruise boat trip out of Midland Harbour. Loved Little Lake in the middle of the town. So easy to get to and around that we will be back.

Friendly management and staff, always ready to assist the community at large. I have experienced their co-operation for various requests i.e. a donation for auction to meeting rooms for various non-profit organizations. Always courteous.

Went to visit Chartwell House and was introduced to this amazing Residence by Kim Cairns. Kim was very professional and answered all the questions I had without hesitation. Refreshing to meet a representative that is so well informed with the empathy required. Would definatley recommend a visit to Kim and Tiffin if your loved ones are looking for a retirement residence.

On behalf of everyone at Team Jordan we want to give a big shout out to the team of Chartwell Tiffin for hosting our “Wine Not Give” events. This has been a smashing success for our community and we are grateful to the efforts of the Chartwell Team for bringing this idea to life. Not only is the facility beautiful and welcoming (and sooo cozy), but the little touches from Kimberley, Paul, Ashley, Ruthanne and Jason bring a smile to everyone around them. There is a warmth at Chartwell Tiffin that is felt the moment you open the door. We cannot sing your praises enough – thank you!
