They have been amazing! From the first visit 1.5 years ago to my fathers placement today! Everyone and I mean everyone has been supportive, understanding and really showed they cared about my dads well being. Thank you for making this easier on the both of us!! Maria M. You are awesome!!! Stacey thanks for the personal tour with my dad and involving my kids in the process.

Stay clear of this hell hole - Nurses are nice and competent but the place is like something out of One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest with dementia patients wandering alone in and out of rooms while you are trying to visit and the "Doctor" (if you can call him that) is rude and dismissive and just walked away from me after i was told by a nurse he could answer my questions about how my father was doing - I mentioned this at reception when i signed out and she was rude as well and then after making a few excuses finally said "only someone with power of attorney may ask the "Doctor" a question" - The food is disgusting and i cannot believe they feed it to human beings . You have been warned - I would have taken my father out of there right away but again i do not have power of attorney . Edit - As to the robo response below i may call after a few more visits with a new review to be added after each one .

Don't bring your loved one here. This community lacks compassion and care. Stay away! Make sure you read the Ontario Ministry of Health noncompliance report this community received and you will see the neglect of residents as sighted on the reports.
