I work for this company and they have shown love and compassion, as if I was person of their own family. I'm very blessed to have the opportunity to know such wonderful people throughout this company. We work together as team. ❤️❤️❤️

I have worked for the Port Huron location in past while I was in school. They were flexible with my schedule and always understanding. I later had Comfort Keepers in my grandparents home to help take care of them. They were always on time and never left me hanging. GREAT COMPANY! I would recommend them to anyone looking for homecare.

Caregivers are compassionate and they go above and beyond for the clients and familys

The agency changed or cancelled scheduled service numerous times on short notice (e.g., 15 minutes or less) based on various excuses -- weather, sudden caregiver illness, sick child, etc. Each time, they promised ("you have my word") that it wouldn't happen again, but it did . . . over and over again. The management finally admitted that they didn't have sufficient caregivers in my area. Of course, the opposite was represented when I initially interviewed and retained them. I found the management and ownership team to be slick and dishonest. I have retained a number of agencies over the past several years, and Comfort Keepers easily ranks at the bottom of the list for quality and honesty.

I would NOT recommend this company.
