Conmed and Oakwood Park Lodge have a policy that allows them to refuse to administer or assist in administering prescribed medications. Shameful to allow needless suffering in their facility.

bed bugs, mice and other little creatures crawling around in there.. Roof leaking all over the home and rooms. My grandfather was there 14 years ago and the place was clean and well kept, even for a older building. Now my aunt is there and the place has gone down hill, the building is falling apart, Management is not the same anymore as back then, now rude and uncaring. Staff was great back then, helpful, friendly and caring, some of the old Staff still there, but all the good RNs have left, lots of agency RNs there now. Not a happy place anymore.

If I could give this revolting, deplorable craphole less than 1 star, I would. How dare you call yourselves a caring nursing home! The staff are ignorant, disrespectful, abusive, poor excuses for human beings. You are NOT health care professionals AT ALL! They and the crooks who own that filthy infested building should be ashamed of themselves. Just one word left to say to you lazy pukes.....karma.

bad dirty place with lazy, abusive Staff!!!! think twice before putting your loved ones there. Staff rather stands around nurses desk and chats before answering a bell. And what really blows my mind that PSW who dropped a resident from the lift while transferring her from bedroom to tubroom are still working there. This place went down hill badly!!!
