Life’s too short enjoy every moment.

If you are looking for a caring and compassionate retirement home for your loved one, Fox Run is absolutely not the place. The only concern of the owners/operators here is money. Residents’ well-being is ignored unless they are completely incapacitated and incapable of voicing concerns, those are the only type of residents they truly want. The treatment of families is equally disturbing. The management-owner lies to families to keep them happy, hides serious issues when inspectors are present, and even expects staff to lie as well. If you refuse, you are deliberately excluded. For the extremely high fees charged, what is provided is disgraceful: watered-down drink crystals passed off as “juice,” recycled tea bags, and the cheapest quality food and amenities possible. Everything is done on the cheap, except the price tag to live there. This environment is demoralizing for everyone, including staff. Employees are overworked, underpaid, and openly bad-mouthed by the management-owner. She may be the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. If you care at all about the dignity, health, and happiness of your loved one, do not place them at Fox Run.

Fox Run is a loving, caring home in a beautiful country setting. Pat and her staff are so gentle, patient and understanding of the residents and their needs. We are so thankful for the attention they gave dad. We wouldn't hesitate to put our loved one in their care. You will be very impressed with the kindness they have to offer both the residents and their families.

Excellent facility. They took exceptional care of a loved one for our family and I could not have been more pleased. Great staff who care, and a facility that has absolutely stunning views of the Niagara escarpment. 5 Stars!

To Whom It may Concern Without prejudice - If you are looking for a caring and compassionate Retirement Home for your loved one , then FOX RUN RETIREMENT HOME IN ERIN IS ABSOLUTELY THE RIGHT PLACE ! As a doctor of 42 yrs. with the Kulhay Wellness Centre, living in Erin for 55 yrs., I have personally recommended to my patients that they contact Fox Run for their family care. To the best of my knowledge, and over many years, I have never heard any comments of negativity from families, friends, or even staff working at Fox Run. It is truly unfortunate that any negative Google review is addressed publically in this sad manner . Dr. Katrina Kulhay Sent from my iPhone
