Fast staff turnover. Short staffed. Poor unsupportive management that victim blame as the DOC there does, and makes false allegations they fail to back up with evidence. Avoid. Find a better employer. Some very unprofessional trouble making bullying staff too a few like them turn a healthy workplace into a very unhealthy workplace, which this one is. The person at the top likely has no idea what's going on underneath her. We can report it as some of us do, but if they choose to ignore it as they do, the problem will never go away. Fire the bully 'trouble makers' who are not doing their jobs properly anyway, which they aren't when doing that, that'll be a good start. Don't settle for less, work where it's far more professional, in a far healthier environment. I have. I did before, and after this awful workplace. This one's one of the worst. Imagine how they're treating resident's if they're this bad with colleagues. Dont ignore it, report it, make a positive change that way. If employees no matter if a Doc or lower, have time to cause trouble for a more professional worker, then they aren't doing their jobs anyway, and if they're abusing you or me, ask yourself, "what are they doing to the residents they are meant to be caring for?" Abusing is likely, that's what. Safety first, report if to the Ministry of labour, or health and safety Ontario, or better still, both. If you know something isn't quite right do that, because you'd be right to think that way and safeguarding residents is key. Respect.

Absolutely horrible place to work and put your loved ones. If you are new in the healthcare field perhaps try another home. Staff is overburdened and management is horrible.

Worked for a couple of months! Lucky i had something lined up quick...typical he say she say things..management favours the lazy! I absolutely loved my patients ! You can get lots of hours! But its very stressful! Id get in trouble when other people wouldnt do there job instead of management addressing the issue they dump more workload on you! ...sad cause it is a very clean and brand new place! Not a great place to work...good starter job and good if you dont have pryor experience... I was just fed up and tired of being basically left alone on the shift
