On November 16, 2018 we moved my mother into Cavendish Manor retirement residence. Since moving her in the staff have been incredibly amazing and helping her become adjusted and making her feel right at home. Starting with the tour that Fletcher Elliott took me on his warmth and generosity and huge smile made me feel that this was the place that mom needed to be. Fallon and Susan have always been warm caring and helpful with any request that I have made. The nursing staff that I have met to date including Cheryl and Emily and they have taken such good care of mom and getting her medications straightened around checking on her and making sure that she is comfortable And relaxed. I would recommend Cavendish Manor retirement residence to anyone who has to move a loved one out of their own home, I look forward to sharing my mothers new adventure in life with her and the large family at Calvin dish retirement Manor.

The staff here are amazing! Due to health reasons, I needed to find a home for my Father quickly. Cavendish Manor worked quickly with the hospital and myself to ensure my Dad would be looked after. Everyone is friendly and they knew my Dad's name the moment he stepped in the door. I would highly recommend Cavendish Manor to anyone!

There's a serious issue regarding lack of proper cleaning at Cavendish Manor in Niagara Falls. They don't clean residents rooms properly. They spray the bathroom sink tub and toilet with a product similar to Windex. They don't rinse the areas sprayed. They simply wipe it with a dry cloth. Audra my trainer says "  we do a half assed job because of time constraints, we don't have enough time". I heard at the staff meeting that this home has been busted for not doing temps and lack of cleaning in the kitchen. I'm concerned about the bad living conditions for the residents On top of that, Cavendish Manor Retirement Residence is a bully employer. I had 2 training shifts with Audra. I was hired as a housekeeper. I was absolutely able to clean the rooms and make beds. However this rotten employer won't give me any shifts or chance to prove it. Audra asked me last Saturday to work for her on Monday cause she complained she had too many shifts. I told her that I couldn't do that as I was moving to my new Apartment on the monday morning. So.what does Audra do she calls in sick on Monday. They tried to call me but I was busu loading my moving truck so I had to say No. So basically Audra should be the one in trouble not me. However I'm being let go during my probation period because I couldn't work that day. I hate employers like this!!!
