During job interview it went well and was already given all information for orientation. I was looking forward to start however due to conversation with my manager from previous job. All because of lack of communication and misunderstanding. Poor rating!

I’d like to say that I have had the pleasure of doing some work around their office in Buffalo N.Y., not only are the Staff friendly, caring and incredibly accommodating, but there is an overwhelming feeling of Family in the atmosphere. Love helping out there.

Just on a delivery last week and walked into Allwel (wrong business but didn't know at time) and a lady named Sunshine she said (lol) was an actual "Ray of Sunshine"! She told me where I needed to be, walked me to the door. No complaints here, I'd deliver there any day . Tom Z.

It's the worst decision I ever made I agree with the bad comments here because they all are true I just gad an issue there one of there aides was in a whole relationship with my patient and then she threaten me made him take me off the case and Allwel had no clue I try to tell them but what they do nothing at all the patient lied and stayed I bit him and all no one never showed me proof like they just left me out the whole situation I'm the victim here not him or her I'm taking this serious and I'm making a complaint every where this is the first time I been in this situation I never got terminated since being an aide and I'm not a trouble maker my innocent I will prove

Starting working here over a month ago. The staff seems very nice at orientation but once you start working their attitudes switch. They are unorganized. They also lacked communication within the agency. Scheduling is a hit and miss. You think you're on schedule, then they call you when your at someone's home saying you're not. And most importantly, they don't let you voice your opinion. I don't think I'm going to be working here anymore.
