My father was admitted here from Kenmore Mercy hospital last week. He had a hole in his stomach and had emergency surgery. After care was needed so a friend recommended McAuley. We're soooo happy with his care. The staff are kind and caring, the nurses are very sweet and patient with our dad. My Mom and I have been coming to see him every day and can't say enough about how much we appreciate this facility and they're staff!!! Dad's coming home on Sunday and we will be leaving there with a smile because they really care there.

This is the worst place! The help is awful! The food is garbage! I had to call because my mother needed help and no one came to her room. A few people there care, the rest are young and on their phones! If you care about your loved one, go somewhere else. This place looked good at first but once you're there a day or two you get to see behind the curtain. My advice is to stay away!! My Mother ended up with a horrible bed sore on her bottom. I can't believe how they treat people who come here for help. I will report this place!

My boyfriends grandmother is here and she has told us on countless occasions that the nurses there won't help her put on her depends and she is 92 and cant do it herself, she has a hard time. They give her attitude, tell her if she cant use the bathroom on her own that she will have to pee herself. She requests preparation H and we usually end up bringing it to her because they dont apply enough or they wont apply any at all. I would like to put a camera in her room to see exactly what's going on in this place. My grandmother was in a home and I believe his grandmothers accusations because of this. It's an easy job and most people brush off what elderly people have to say but I truly believe her. I had gone to the desk to ask for ice chips and 3 of the employees just sat further back on the computers ignoring me for a good 5 minutes until finally acknowledging I was standing there. Not happy at all. Be careful if your loved one is here.

93% of the staff was very hopeful and nice to me and some of the patients, but they try to keep you longer then you need to be there and the food was nasty plus they kept handing me the same food i didn't eat and sent back. I had the chicken salad had cellophane and it didn't taste good at all so I tore the cellophane and tied it and rewraped it and they sent it back to me later that nite and I put my gum in the cellophane under the plate and sent it back and the next 2 days for lunch and dinner they sent me the same dish after I already informed the kitchen that its tucked up that they kept sending me the same platter and they called me a liar until I told them to look under the plate in the middle of the cellophane that tied in a knot there will be a small piece of blue gum in the knot. I will never go there again for physical therapy treatment or stay as a patient unless I have someone bring me food to eat.
