The rooms have been renovated and are beautiful! The Rehab Gym is also new and spacious. There is an excellent Vivarium which is a Great place to spend with the family when visiting.

Huge improvements since new ownership took over! Beautiful renovations and caring staff. I would recommend for your loved one.

Smells except during holidays when visitors are expected. I've seen an employee forcefully ask an elderly man in a wheelchair why he was being so stubborn. When a relative was there a few years ago it was rather depressing to see nothing but dead plants lining the atrium. Horrible.

This place is absolutely awful. My grandmother is staying there and the staff does the bare minimum and there are so damn rude. The place is like a mental asylum and is so dirty and unsanitary. Residents are left in the hallways to just sit there and stare at the wall. My grandma is an MS patient and she physically can't take the heat. They LEFT HER IN AN UN AIR CONDITIONED ROOM IN OVER 80 DEGREE HEAT!! How stupid can you be?? They do everything they can to make sure you don't get stronger or better so you have to stay there and so they can keep taking your money. An absolutely awful facility and I can't believe it's still open. We are getting my grandma out of that hell hole asap.

I just pulled my mother out of here after being there for 2 and a half weeks. They are under new ownership which basically means same owners and a new name. Don't let them fool you. My mother had bite marks on her ankles, was found more than once in her own feces and urine, clothes not changed, hair not brushed, not walked, no showers. Her room was disgusting. I am filing a complaint with the state dept. And also with adult protective services first thing in the morning. I woukd not allow my dogs to live like some of these residents. I have photos to back up my words. This place was not my choice to send her there bUT at that time it was the only one that would take her for her illness. Her roomate has been in the same clothes for days and her sheets are disgusting. My family had to tell the nurse to have her sheets changed. Just because people are poor and have medicaid doesn't mean they should have to be subject to neglect. This place is horrific. Do not take your loved ones here. My mother will never go back here. I'll take my chances at home.
