The people in HR are so RUDE! It’s ridiculous. Who can I complain to? This is ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to deal with DIANE’S Attitude! I Definitely wouldn’t recommend them. If you want to work as a PCA or HHA; go to a BETTER COMPANY! (Willcare, Allwell etc.) Update: (Responding back to first light home care comment below my review) I DO have a car; this has NOTHING to do with that. Diane was just being rude over the phone. Please don’t try to make a FALSE reasoning behind your employee NEGATIVE behavior!!

I see I’m not the only one who thinks the staff here is rude. They all need an attitude adjustment.

My father has around the clock care with First Light aides. I can't express how much I appreciate their service to him. These ladies are respectable, caring and understanding of his condition. I dont know what I would do without them. :)

I am a past client of this provider The people that work at firstlight are very nice and extremely responsive. My mother was under care at all times from firstlight and the caregivers she had were very kind and professional. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for this type of service.
