I am writing this post to let people and families know this facility did an amazing job with my loved one .No other facility would take my dad.He was on the rehab unit and the staff was amazing. From the CNAs up to DON ..They let me cry and vent about my problems with caring for my dad out in the community but in the end he was able to come home ..Thanks Comprehensive Your a hidden gem!!!!!!!

I really enjoyed the rehab department. The staff was nice and i had no issues. The food was ok. More activities would be nice as well

If there was a 0 option, that is the rating I would give this place. Aside for some exceptional staff that remain there due to the kindness of their hearts, this place is the pits. Three broken bones in the last 4 years, two of which are spinal fractures. I will also note that my mom is immobile. Cannot get up, cannot walk, can bear no weight on her legs. She suffered one spinal foot fracture...(no one knows what happened. ) She also somehow landed on the floor and suffered a thigh break this summer. She now has stage 4 bed sores that she is now dying from. I would not wish this place on my worst enemy. Advocate for your loved one. Visit possible locations, speak to admissions, find a good place and beg that your family member be considered for admission....let them associate a name with a face. Don’t feel regret as I do....that you didn’t take more proactive action. You only get one set of parents. Do all you can while they are here.

HORRIBLE CARE!!! Nurses on every shift overlooked tell-tale signs that something was wrong with my mom... if I hadn’t noticed and taken her to the ER she would be dead now. I sincerely believe that 98% of the aides, nurses AND the nurse supervisors do NOT genuinely care about the human beings that are their long term residents. The staff IS interested in themselves ONLY –cigarette breaks, sitting around gossiping, ordering food... while call lights are consistently ignored. 98% of THE MEDICAL STAFF DO THE VERY LEAST THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH, including NOT following state mandated laws and their own rules and regulations. When told they almost killed my mom each one blamed someone else, not one took an ounce of responsibility OR showed any sign of remorse. Lastly, as someone who does not now nor has ever judged others based on the color of their skin, sadly, I have overheard enough staff conversations there to believe it is safe to conclude that MOST of the nurses and aides who work there – vast majority being black – are racist people who resent white people. With the majority of long term residents being white, that alone could explain the consistent, shameful negligence of duty that defines the LACK OF CARE there.

Had PT and OT, they were very friendly, professional and personable. I looked each day to my therapies. They were great as well, for giving me the tools needed, to continue my therapies after I left. The nurses and staff were exceptional. That met all my needs with professional and friendly Kindness and compassion. I would highly recommend to anyone, to come there. For either after hospital cate or for your loved ones.
