Staff is caring and supportive of both the residents and their families. Facility is clean and well appointed with a feeling of comfort. We are very pleased with our experience so far.

Just wondering why I get the runaround when I ask a question about my mother.Ex. when was she tolieted?).I dont know I just started my shift.also after we took a walk and I brought my Mother back an aide says, you should have told us you were taking your mom for a walk, And when I tried that approach they said she already went to toliet.A few times I wanted to get help and no one was around..happens alot!..I have gotta alot of rude treatment from the aides.I just want whats best for my Mother and Im not happy with the way I get talked to..If the girls arent happy working there they should find other work...There are a few that are very friendly and even smile..I am in the health care business and this is uncalled for! .

Staff is comprised of uncaring people who are not held to any standards. Lisa is a nurse who is literally abusive to patients. She should be fired and never allowed near our gentle loved ones. Anyone who rates this place above 1 star does not come here enough to know the truth. They made a new rule here, no family is allowed to attend during dinner. Reason? Family can then more readily see the abusive treatment. Fire Rich, and bring in a new manager. Never never put your loved one here.

Our loved one has been living here in the memory care unit for 4 months now. We are more than satisfied with the care he is receiving. The nurses and aides know our loved one well and understand his individual needs. The grounds here are outstanding. We have enjoyed long walks inside and out. We highly recommend Beechwood Continuing Care.

I flew in from CO this weekend to visit my grandpa in the rehab facility. In the short amount of time I spent there and As a Doctor of Physical Therapy who not only runs an outpatient clinic, but also has spent years working in a inpatient rehab facility, the behaviors were terrifying. First off, the call lights were NOT answered within a 5 min period, which is inexcuseable. In the mean time, my grandpa tried to stand up to go to bathroom, but I had to explain to him that we have to wait as I could not help him. When the CNAs arrived, they refused to take him to the restroom and I told them to use the portable urinal and they were like, "oh that's a good idea" as if they were just going to let him relieve himself in his brief because that was easier. They then proceeded to "physically manhandle" him with a sit to stand, yet asked him to WALK BACKWARDS WITHOUT AN ASSISTED DEVICE OR GAIT BELT. They then forgot the urinal and his briefs and I had to assist them, while he was completely undressed from the waist down. They didn't even give him the opportunity to brush his teeth! These are simple tasks that should be expected when delivering quality care AT A REHAB CENTER whose goal is to DRIVE FUNCTIONAL INDEPENDENCE. All I can say, is if any of the employees at my rehab hospital in CO worked like that, they would be fired. I'm am just flabbergasted by the behaviors demonstrated IN FRONT OF THE FAMILY. I can even imagine what is happening when we are not there.
