Our family had dinner in the Chartwell Private dining room open to family and friends of residents. It was the most delightful and DELICIOUS experience. The service was excellent and the food second to none. We could have been on a 5 star cruise ship. It was beautifully presented and so very delicious. The attention to detail down to the carved lemon and limes was perfect. Thank you Chef and Staff The residence is beautiful but more that the outer beauty is the compassion and pride of the staff working at Waterford. They are caring and dedicated.

Beware of Chartwell! Worst company in Ontario. Do NOT leave your loved ones in these establishments. It's all about money and nothing to do with the residents.
