This place - Niagara County branch - treated my in-laws poorly. Almost less than useless. Sure someone can have a good experience with the right person but the organization itself provides low level service. Money grab!! Find someplace else to care for your loved ones. We are still looking.

The RNs were rude and NOT helpful AT ALL. Instead, they were condescending, snotty and frankly, NOT doing their job.We had to go to Quest to get the blood draw the dr ordered since the FOUR RNs that showed up didn't put it though. VNA wouldn't even give us a urine cup to get a sample ordered by the dr. As for their "team" , not ONE who showed up knew any details from the others. Not many people can take care of their loved one at home and those that DO certainly don't need the negativity and rudeness displayed by these RNs. ( The DISCHARGE person did complete look over my patient and told us we were doing FANTASTIC so there was no neglect on our part) Maybe these "senior" RNs could take a class on compassion and support. Ive used VNA before and had none of these issues but I certainly will use a different avenue should we need VNA again.

Nurses are 15-20 mins late with no call to let us know. Very rude attitude.
