The nursing staff was horrible. There non caring and very poorly trained. My wife was there four days, and was forced to lay in her own waste because they didn't have the time/feel like like using the bed pan with her. After she was forced to use the bathroom on her bed, the bed sheets were taken off the bed and piled on the floor. My wife was there to learn to walk again and was never given therapy or a wheelchair. She is a diabetic and wasn't given meals until after dinner was over because she couldn't make it to the dinning area. Her blood sugar was never checked while they were giving powdered donuts for breakfast. I had to Bring food so she could eat. We saw an elderly lactose I tolerate patient next to her vomet from from being given milk and had to lay naked in it for almost two hours then got hollered at for not moving fast enough when the finnaly came to change it.they next day when she threw up again they walked in looked at her and walked away. They other lady in my wife's room had bed sore so bad and wasn't given any treatment for them. One star I as way more then they deserve. This so the worst place in the world to take your family. While I was taking my wife out of there numerous patients were asking for me to call help for them.

Stuff still in the drawers from previous resident. Did not answer her calls. I regret her ever going there. She died there.

The family conference was very informative. The staff was acknowledge about my relative and called him by name when describing things. The staff answered all of our question. Thank you all.

When I got here my room was neat. I met my doctor right away. Therapy is going really good, I am worn out and tired. I’ve enjoyed most of the food. The staff are very nice and attentive

My grand mother was admitted there for rehab, the weekend staff sucked. My grandmothed was forced to sit in her own urine for hours. She constantly complained she wanted to come home, unfortunately her insurance didn't cover the type of care she needed in home. After looking online, going to the facility, and looking at reviews; we thought father murray fit for her recovery. She was admitted because of a palvic crack. In the 3 weeks she was there her heath declined. When ever our family addressed an issue, staff ( doctors, nurses, general staff) always had excuses, lshe refused to eat, she didn't want to get up and wash, and last but not least; it's not their job to physically feed her or bathe her.) Our family made it where one of us was with her as much as possible just to take care of her. While we gave father murray's her full medical record, 3 weeks after admittance she rushed to the hospital, with diminished mental faculty ( basically she was incoherent, blank stares, wouldn't or couldn't talk, memory loss.), her heart kept stopping, before that she complained about breathing problems, but the staff doctor was unavailable. She died in the hospital 4 days later from an unknown infection.(possible uti.), low electrolytes, and other complications that stemmed from lack of care. The worst part is when we were visiting; the staff came to check on her, and lied to our faces about her evening care. My grandmother is dead when all she needed was help getting back on her feet. I worry because she was generally healthy for an 85 year old. Yes she had memory issues but only short term and not about everything, so if a fairly healthy person died. What about the one who truly depend on the staff for eveything. DO NOT TRUST YOLANDA.
