Penrose Care is one of the best caring companies to work for - if not the best! I had been working there for more than 2 years and I can tell from experience that they focus heavily on looking after their staff and they do provide the best for their staff and their clients every day. It is one of the first home care agencies in London to be an Accredited Living Wage Employer. They also offer many benefits for their staff, because as an employer they do know that if the staff members are happy, then the clients will be happy and very well cared too. Moreover, Penrose Care provides the best training to their staff, which equips every new staff member with the knowledge needed to deliver the best care. Most important of all this, it is that you feel supported in every step of the way and you can contact the managers any time of the day that you need to. Penrose Care knows how to treat their staff and they provide a good working environment, which does the job easier and I can tell that they deliver excellent and professional home care services to their clients combined with compassion.

I am very happy with the wonderful care that my husband received while I was having some respite time away. I knew that he would be well looked after as there was so much attention given to every detail of his requirements. Many thanks to all involved and I would certainly recommend Penrose Care.

Feedback from Grampian Opportunities: We found Penrose Care very approachable and very thorough in their planning, arranging and delivering of a support plan to meet the needs of our volunteer. I was particularly impressed that we had photographs and contact details for the carers with back up telephone numbers if needed. Penrose visited the hotel where we were staying as part of their risk assessment. Travelling down from Aberdeenshire to attend a conference in London, I was confident that care would be in place and the accommodation would suit our needs. We would work with Penrose care again. The other volunteers tell me the carers interacted well with our group and the carer who travelled with our volunteer who needed support felt the care was excellent.

As a member of London's diplomatic community, I praise Penrose Care for its special commitment to ethical practices in social care and its recognition of the importance of promoting these practices through its social impact initiatives.
