Having worked as a recruitment partner with Bluebird Islington for 3 years, I can honestly say the experience has always been very positive. Over 3 years, I have helped with the recruitment of quite a lot of people here and all have had only positive things to feedback. The management team work very well together with the rest of the office team and likewise with field staff. I have to say, I have had more candidates WANT to work here than roles that were available and this is a big factor when you think about the quality provided by an organisation. "Quality, not quantity" is how I have always described Bluebird Islington and this remains the same.

I have partnered with Bluebird Care Islington & Hackney on numerous occasions over the last few years. They have such high standards when recruiting new staff, and the people I have placed with them are always of the highest calibre. If I was looking for care for a loved one, they would be the first people I would contact.

We have partnered with the Islington & Hackney branch of Bluebird Care on numerous initiatives over the last 5 years. Their management team are well organised, extremely knowledgeable and very well placed to advise on any care related matters. The few cares I have met are kind, caring and professional. Another example of what being part of Bluebird Care is all about ! keep up the good work…
