As a homeowner and resident of a property on this street, the lack of upkeep and supervision not only devalues our property but also adds to the negative stigma surrounding the downtown core. I feel the safety of tax paying residents is at risk as we have found people in our backyard and on our property. ''This has got so bad that another resident now has to put up blue tarps with "keep off my property". We bought this home to be close to the natural beauty of Niagara and look onto the Olympic trail, sadly we are uncomfortable even sitting on our front porch or back deck. In reading the health reviews this place is non compliant and non conforming to city ordinances which creates even more concern for the residents of Palmer avenue. City council needs to address this immediately so we can feel safe in our own homes.

Disgusting how you let these people walk around unsupervised... unfair to the Residents! RESPONSE TO YOU'RE REPLY: So you guys don't have an issue with these people going thru peoples back yards and stealing things also smoking there dope at the corner of Jepson and Mcglashan? Oh and just in case you think im being a jerk saying they dont deserve free roam... just know I am in the First Responder field and I understand how these places work. they have absolutely EVERY RIGHT to walk around as they please But they MUST be respectful to local Residents.

Residents are frequently standing in the middle of the road yelling at cars passing by. As a home owner in the immediate area I am very disappointed with the supervision of the residents at this address.
