Nurses and aides were great. Problem was that they have too many patients. Patient to nurse/aide ratio was rediculous and unacceptable!! Its not possible for patients to get the care and attention they need and deserve!! Shame on you Regency!!! Hire more people!!

The physical therapy dept is excellent. That is where their credibility in my opinion ends. I hired one of their actually 2 of their aides to assist after leaving the facility. What an experience. I never did make it to my follow up dr appt due to these aides. I can't drive n was totally dependent upon them for getting me to the Dr. I believe that the Dr of the facility truly lacks compassion. Would only recommend this facility if physical therapy is the only connection that you have to make with the home. Ty for reading. Hoping this was helpful
