The level of care and compassion that Sandra and her team offer is outstanding. Sandra helped take care of my mother in law for a number of months up until she passed away. She had not wanted to go to a nursing home facility and having found Sandra, it enabled her to stay in her own home. We were all thankful to have met her and to have had such compassion and support in our time of need. I highly recommend Sandra and her team to anyone facing a difficult time with a loved one. The support provided by Sandra's Home Health Care enabled my parents to come home from hospital and remain in their own home for 8 months. They were able to enjoy summer and Christmas at home until beds became available at a nursing home of their choice. Sandra's is a personalized home care service focusing on quality of life. They take the time to match caregivers with clients and this makes all the difference. They were always receptive to feedback and available by phone to address any questions or concerns. Caregivers still come to visit my parents at the nursing home. Our family is appreciative of the care provided as it made the transition to the next level of care so much better.

I have been a contractor with Sandra’s Home Health Care for nearly 6 years. Sandra’s Home Health Care is a company like no other. SHHC office staff are always quick to respond to any inquiries and they are very understanding to my needs as a worker. Sandra herself has supported me every step of the way, whether it be for a day off to attend a school function with my daughter or listening to my concerns when I needed extra support. I have worked for various companies throughout Niagara and I am happy to have found a company that truly cares about their clients, families and workers alike. Lorraine W. I cannot express enough the gratitude I feel for Sandra D'alessandro & her staff. They all worked above & beyond to help both of my Parent's until their passing 2 years ago. They also helped me deal with their passing. Sandra was so kind calling the Doctor & the funeral home, which helped me so much while I was grieving. Sandra & her staff were like family to me & gave me great support through both of my parent's declining health. I honestly don't know what I would have done without Sandra's Home Healthcare & would recommend her company highly to anyone needing there services.

My father, Peter Fraser, a senior of 83 years, had his quality of life and activities of daily living (ADL’s) deteriorate over the past few months due to terminal health issues. As a result, home health care was a necessity & Sandra's Health Care (who came highly recommended) was hired to provide said care within his Independent Living Facility, seven days per week. While all of Sandra's caregivers proved themselves to be worthy of caring for our Dad in every respect, "Caridad" and "Maria" went above and beyond the call, and as a result, my father looked forward to his time with them. Not to be left out, caregivers Nida, Mykinnah and Rhiana should also be recognized as caring, compassionate and professional caregivers. My father subsequently passed away in late August 2018 but his quality of life in the last months of his life was greatly improved and dignified thanks to Sandra and her professional team. Noteworthy is the fact that my own personal expectations were extremely high and almost unachievable for Sandra when her company was hired as I too founded and manage a senior care business in New York. That said I’m pleased to report that she couldn’t have done any better and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sandra’s Health Care to anyone in need. With thanks Jeff Fraser
