This place is disgusting. Flu outbreaks. Never seen people treated with such disrespect and little care. They do not even deserve this one star. This "home" should be shut down. 100 patients to one worker is NOT okay. The workers are too stressed out to provide proper care and people are falling through the cracks - it is no way to live. A resident told the nurses about their desire to commit suicide to which they responded they do not have time to deal with this. In the process of having these and at least a dozen other issues be addressed legally. Your loved ones deserve better than this place!

The staff will think your sick when you’re actually not and make lies to keep you from not seeing the world

As we wade into this Global Pandemic of Covid-19 with the rest of the world.. The Women who keep Bruce Villa running are remarkable. Lisa Christo has implemented every safeguard & Held numerous Resident meetings to keep the residents apprised of the threat they face and through sheer Character she is respected. I'm so proud of the Staff at Bruce Villa. Update: STILL not One Covid-19 Infection in a Home of 90+ people. This is Mostly through the sheer WILL of Ms. Christo, as like most places she works with the budget she's given ..NOT the budget she needs. The Staff are exceptional people. I owe these people NOTHING - but My Life, Kinda.

This place is amazing. I am a support worker for a client there, not hired by Bruce villa, The manager runs a tight ship and the clients are happy. All the employees work so hard with much less staff. The place is clean and welcoming.

80 plus residents to one nurse. Not enough staff. It is a FEED FARM - All you will hear is people complaining and asking for an extra smoke. 3 hots and a cot.
