Do not leave your love one here for too long....

My husband is in hospice care there and he is quite happy.

My brother live there and this is one of the worse places that I've had to visit. The Patients room stinks , there was two men urinal just sitting there with No lid on them, this place stinks as soon as you get off the elevator. I wouldn't recommend this place to No one.

My Family Will Never Place Me Here. This has got to be the worst facility I've seen in 50 years. Its filthy the staff communicates with each other as if they are on a street corner. My best friend's family placed him here his bedding has holds that you can see through and is paper thin. There are many doctors that do not use this facility so they have contacted there own. This organization has other facilities but this one on connor st is not the one to sent your loved one.

My family member has been in this facility for 4 months. This is by far the WORST nursing home I've stepped foot in since 1992. The professionalism of the employees has been unacceptable from social workers down to floor care. If I could rate this facility a zero it would be well worth it. My family member is hardly never changed in a timely fashion. Her meals are not always appropriate for her dietary needs and most times she is not hydrated unless we complain about it. Care plan meetings are not scheduled regularly or according to the family's schedule that will be attending the care plan meetings. This is a less then average place to put a love one that you're desiring premium care for.
