If you are planning to use this agency I would suggest you STOP. First of all if the CLSC is using them to outsource work to , know they were the lowest bidder . And let me tell you, the care quality shows it. First off, don't call in an emergency . if they do answer the phone ( which is rare) they usually have "no agents" who can help despite their claims of having over 130 of them. I asked for help in an urgent situation. I am still waiting for them to call me back 12 months later. Now let us talk about the no shows. Oh yes the lovely scheduled agents who simply do not show up to do their jobs. They will be paid for their time and not show up to do their jobs and your loved ones will suffer. And if you do get an agent to show up. They will go in and out in under 10 minutes doing nothing on their required list. So if your CLSC tells you they are using agency stop. Do yourself a favor. Find a new agency or demand the CLSC find another. These people are the bottom of the barrel.

Since the CLSC outsources their care to this agency, we have no choice but to use them. We have always had help from the owners and they have been quick to assist us when we needed help. There was one occasion we called for urgent care and we were met with a voice mail full and we could not reach them and we needed to pay out of pocket to another agency. The home care agents are nice. We've struggled with scheduling, and sometimes had to deal with No shows from them or we've had to go help our loved on on her own. I wish I could say its been an easy ride but it has not. If you are someone who is now using this service due to the CLSC outsourcing to them just stay on top of the care you need. Be vigilant, be an advocate . Aside from the one time they did not answer the call, Stop has been Quick to fix any problems.

CLSC outsources to STOP but helpers are not very helpful - they show up late if at all, they leave early, they make constant excuses, they spend their time on their phones not helping, they traipse through our home with filthy winter boots, they even malign their employers and other clients - they are just unprofessional.but the agency takes the funds the CLSC pays to help me and my son, even though they know they just can’t deliver the service and never makes up those hours. I’ll be meeting with our home care workers to try to reallocate the funds so we get actual help.
