As the daughter of an aging parent, it is very sad to see the poor quality of services offered to our senior citizens especially at the price one has to pay for assisted living. If there were a better option out there, I would definitely take my parent out of there, but unfortunately there isn't one place better than another. We need people with a passion for working with the elderly and definitely more manpower for these centres. R E S P E C T above all, not just to their residents but to the families as well. When phone messages are left and no one bothers to return our calls, I consider this to be very unprofessional.
