I'd give a 0 star if i could. If you are an anglophone, DO NOT come to this nursing home. Anglophones are treated like garbage and preferential treatment given to francophones.

Very old building...in desperate need of renovation.

My father lived there, on the 3rd floor, and received very good care from the entire team of Josette and Caroline and all the others whose first names unfortunately escape me...Me and my brother were there every day and we have never seen my father or any other residents receive poor care. Having tasted all the dishes, they were always very good and even when it was a soft diet, the presentation was always appetizing and the taste too. Hats off to the whole team who do a job with compassion, despite the current lack of staff. Even the day after my father's death, when my brother went to collect his personal belongings with the stress of opening the door and finding an empty room, a beautiful big rose had delicately been placed on his bed with a beautiful little word of comfort, really a gesture that touched us a lot. Thank you all 🙏❤️🌺

I was pleasantly surprised during my first visit to my 92-year-old brother who was admitted there from home a short time ago. The private room is small, well lit but it is very comfortable, the food is good and being very lucid I can trust his words. The staff is affable and friendly I'm very happy for him in these not very pleasant circumstances.

Very poor, terrible and unprofessional service. one evening my mother was on all fours in the hallway with her diaper full of pee flowing all over her and her shoes full of pee too. In addition, he constantly changes his medication doses without consulting us, even after asking to consult us first. Finally, the specialist doctors and head nurse who overdosed on my mother's medications told me that it was due to her illness when she didn't react at all and didn't even speak. I had to argue with them to make them understand that the dose was too high since the day before she was correct and still talking so that he finally decided to reduce it by making a banal apology. You have to monitor everything. Even baths are not given twice a week every week. 1950 dollars per month is really ridiculous for this mediocre service.
