I just called to inquire about visiting hours after finding out my father had been transferred to this facility. I was asked what his name is. How is that relevant to my question/inquiry? Awful. Awful response. Both people who responded to me deserve to be fired. I wish there was a zero star option.

Second rate service from nurses and social workers. They seem more interested in playing with their phones or having meetings than giving patient care. Lack of professionalism all around from management which is demonstrated in a less than sanitary physical environment and general disorganization. The only bright spot is that the nurses' aids and other "low-level" employees do a better job than the (so-called) professionals. A place to avoid...unless you want to come out worse than when you came in.

My dad was transferred here from a Centre Intermédiaire on May 1st, his room was barely 50 sq.ft and wasn’t able to walk around his bed getting to other side cz it was so small. He also had no bathroom and had to use the public bathroom along with other 25 residents and visitors. Did I mention my dad suffered from cancer and his immune system was very low? Putting him at risk of contracting something. This place is dirty and run down!!!!! The stench is nauseating! He slowly started to decline soon after he got transferred to this dump. He kept on begging me to get him out . I can’t believe in today’s day and age that places like this still exist!!!!! He lasted 5 weeks . He passed away 2 weeks ago.

A waste of time, father was there to rehabilitate. They were supposed to help him walk and gain strength, not once was that the case in the 8 days time he was there.

Very bad experience at this place. The patients are left to themselves. No sympathy. Diapers are changed very rarely. It's my mother who spends her time there to take care of my grandmother, she's the one who changed her because the appointed attendants left marks on her body. Often bleeding wounds. My grandmother has her bell removed at night. She held it so tight that she wouldn't have it taken off that her fingers were bruised. really very sad.
