To the previous person who rate the CLSC: They where not rude because your question was in english, the are rude in French too. The are just rude because they are syndicated government employees that are not scared to loose their job if they dont treat the customer correctly. Just thought you should know

Le personnel est très terre à terre voire mal éduqué. Certains employés expriment leurs préjugés et leur mépris envers les immigrants ouvertement. De plus, la charge de travail est extrêmement lourde. Les résidents sont en danger dans ce "milieu de vie". Évaluation plus bas que ZERO
