West park has a new management team, the staff have made improvements. Our GM has made it that the staff who need it have received all certificates they need to make this place into a amazing facility. Many changes have been made and the facility is well staffed! I am excited to see how everything will be in the new year!

Caring staff is an understatement. The staff at West Park Crossing are so compassionate and truly love what they do. To see the residents light up, smile, and take part in events that are hosted in the community truly speaks to how engaging, social and passionate the team really is.

I am disappointed in the current state of Westpark. There is not adequate staff for the growing numbers of residents. The staff are trying their best, but are unable to provide the amount of care needed. They are constantly short staffed especially on the weekends. Another big disappointment is in the food. It's nothing like what promised. The portion sizes are very small, the variety is lacking. There are little to no other food options and the snacks are limited. For the thousands of dollars we are spending monthly, it doesn't reflect in staffing, care and quality of food.Things need to be quickly changed for the reputation of your business.

Our family had a wonderful experience with the staff and services at West Park Crossing. A family member spent several weeks in a respite care suite and I am grateful to the hardworking and accommodating staff! I found the facility to be well run, clean and a great place for a loved one to recuperate. Many thanks!!!

Not a good place to work. Management sucks. They cover each others’ mistakes and make it the staffs’ fault. Discrimination. Think carefully if your going to make your old fella live there. Disappointing food. They give you promises that’s already broken. And no, there’s only one staff at the memory side like they always cater at their tour. Profit-cultured company.
