My husband went in for drug testing for work, his appointment was set for 9am. We arrived at 8:40am. I had to work at 10am, we only have 1 family vehicle & we have two young children who I sat with in our vehicle until he was done. 9:45am & he was still in there, they refused to let him leave or reschedule & told us he would “fail” if he even stepped out of the building & also refused to let our children wait in the waiting room while he did his test & claimed he would “fail” if I were to leave them there. 10am & they tried to tell him to drink a glass of water & they’d test him at 10:30am... his appointment was at 9am. We both told them multiple times we had to leave before 10am due to work. Instead of trying to help us out, the nurses came off very rudely with constant eye rolling. We are not impressed with the policy this place has, I understand it is our problem to have only 1 vehicle. But when you have young kids & the company refuses to let them sit in their waiting room for the two minutes the parent is peeing in a cup... your policy needs to be updated to help young families & single parents who have a hard time finding sitters. Also when someone explains to you that you have to work & instead of working with them you work against & take your time making them almost an hour late for work. So thank you for your “GREAT” policy & timely manner. If the stars could be negative this review would be just that, horrible service & would recommend you stay clear of this place unless you absolutely have to.
