I must respectfully disagree with Mr. Raul Ramirez - Robin has a smiling face and disposition and always greets us with a smile. In fact, I have often noted this extremely pleasant character of Robin to my wife and I wish more of us would smile more! Thank you Robin! My mom and sister have had excellent care at Greenfield. Highly recommend Mr. and Mrs. Sathya (owners), Robin and all the excellent care givers.

Extremely negative and unprofessional.Unfriendly to family members.Robin hangs up on family members consistently while laughing into the phone. Do not recommend !!!!!!!!! Greenfield has not gained an understanding of treating people the way they would like to be treated. It's the 101 of business practise. Respect is not shown here even a little bit. Very sad with a lovely physical home and empty hearted people running it. Really a pity! Good for you Rupert Brook. You do not see all sides of their personalities ,I sure did. Every single thing is 100% truthful. So much it would shock you if cameras were videotaping. You did not walk in my shoes to experience what our family did. Horrible place negative 10 rating! Take this information as my REAL experience.I don't have time to waste saying negative things. This is accurate completely! The hairdresser Daryl was a blessing and very kind and thoughtful. He has a loving heart and cares dearly for the elderly. He was the only light in my precious Mothers existance. My preference would be to say loving kind words of Greenfield nursing home but it just didn't happen that way. It's wrong to treat the final days of the elderly so negatively. There lives are minimal in daily routines, eat, sleep and eat sleep. No exercise routines to motivate them,so pathetic!
