Good long term care. Staff are helpful friendly and professional. Nice location.

Very disappointed in the system in Whitehorse Yukon. Consistently in the wing were dementia patients are living, they are left unattended with out any medical staff or any supervision what so ever. What is even more troubling I found one of the supervisors in a meeting with staff fully aware that no one was supervising the clinets! With organizational leadership such as this how can improvments be made, very scary. I urge anyone who has a loved one in the careof these units at Cooper Ridge Place to be vigilant and contact the proper government officials with any concerns such as this one. This needs to change and is only one of many concerns. The system appears to be broken up here and the government and community need to work to make things better for our families and workers at Copper Ridge
