I highly recommend Jeff Benton to handle your accident because Number one he is one of the most ethical lawyers you’ll ever meet and he is quick and thorough and is there to answer any and all questions when you have them - it is not difficult to get a hold of him or is staff and He will see that you get the proper Medical attention you need. Do not be fooled by some of the promises of other PI lawyers. Jeff comes from a large firm and is well educated. Hire the best - Hire Jeff!!!

I had a previous review and Jeff called me to take it down. Because the case was still up for settlement negotiations, I removed it. I will find and post my original post. Since then they never settled as I requested and wanted because " your damages are great and you have a great case that cause for so much more". Communication is less than a star, I've never seen Jeff and only talked to him once to remove my review... and low and behold, the case went to trial and it was far less than what I agreed to settle for. When outcome is like this, they have the tendency to blame the client (Leon have stories). I do not recommend them, they didn't listen to my desire to settle, and failed to prepare for court and submit evidence given. Stay away. 0/5 stars. Rude, no communication, failure to settle,and failure to prepare for trial is what I ended up with. Don't say you don't have a client by this name, you know who I am! Update: I tried to go to court and find the steps to overturn the verdict. That was an epic fail. But I learned that I have to fire them and after my last displeasing post they added my name to a lawsuit. This is relevant because when you want to fire them they must file a motion with the court, which they won’t do. They locked my and my sister in to their firm with a law suit but never took my case serious, was always unprepared, don’t know my age, didn’t know who we were suing and didn’t submit evidence given. Then tried to threaten me with jail after lying on me and blaming me. I’m appalled and this should be investigated by the bar...not because I was given 6k for 33k in medical bills but because they failed to communicate with me, failed to settle at my request ( then lie and say they urged me LIES), they failed to be properly prepared for trial(didnt know what they were arguing or the evidence), they added me to a lawsuit to prevent me from taking my case to someone well qualified to handle it, and most importantly failed to have a juror removed that I insisted I met!!! They are disgraceful and hands down ruined my case, affected my credit, and now leaving me stuck with bills that was suppose to be covered under LOP but wasn’t. I would have done better by myself and not only do I have life long pain and disability, I have mental anguish and left depressed. Benton law firm Jeff and Leon failed me 1000%. I talked to him for one hour and every time Jeff spoke it was condescending or lies. Other than that hey have not talked to me, typical, yet they told my insurance they represent me. Kindergarten lawyers.

Anyone I’ve ever met at the Benton Law Firm have been nothing short of outstanding. They were personal and nice. Serena walker, the paralegal, updated my case status very quickly whenever I asked. Leon Kassab was a pleasure to work with and a great representation on my part. Honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The Benton Law Firm has been an excellent firm to work with during my accident experience. Jeff and Ana stay in touch and help me any way they can. I have been very pleased with the way they have handled my case and they are very professional and caring at the same time.
