I love absolutely love Daytona Homes! I have purchased two homes from them in the past 4 years. Lorna and her team are professional, genuine and go the extra mile for you. We have never had any issues. I highly recommend this builder. If in the future we decide to move again, our third home will most definitely be a Daytona home!

Not recommended this builder till they have honest sales person. The house we have visited has a garage and the house we get isn't we asked why they said they forget to mention. What a lame excuse. We are a First time home owners i wish we have a better experience with them but it didn't happen, Stay away from this builder or have good lawyer. Disgusting.

I am really enjoying my home. Finishing is exceptional. Most standard appliances and fittings are what you pay extra to get as upgrade with other builders. The design is awesome and only few master builders can match it especially the back entrance to the basement in the Tiguan Model. Eva at Orchards sales centre is excellent in customer service. She proactively supported me through the closing and possession. Though new in the orchards show home, Eva with her welcoming smile is very knowledgeable, responsive and will always solve your problems. I took possession of the house few days ago and it may be premature to comment on warranties and holistic quality of the house. Will give another review if future experience falls short of excellence. - Lawrence

Straight to the chase , my issues are 2 curved walls in the master bedroom , rep came around measured them tells me they will have to remove the drywall to fix the framing. In all honesty that should have been caught by their site supervisor. Downstairs one more curved wall and one wall next to a door that starts 1/2 inch away from door frame and ends up at zero at the bottom, put a level to it's out of whack. In the kitchen one cabinet that is clearly slanting , bottom starts at zero to the fridge and ends up ...you guessed it 5/8 away. Screws galore that were never driven in proper sticking out like a sore thump.Recently found paint tape just still part of the , i left there too for someday when they show up . Our hot water tank was some cheap power gusler, i complained, showed them my neighbors bill , exact same house, we are attached homes , grew tired of being made a fool , bought a gas tank and boom electricity dropped by over 2/3 , infuriated i wrote a kind message to the owner made copies of before and after electricity consumption.....never heard from him now going over 1 year , hope some day he can spare time , i know he is busy , so he could see the shoddy work. Lastly my toilet switch, the push button fantech cracked , wrote to Daytona customer service , they directed to go buy from Emco, $60 , instead i emailed Fantech turns out that switch has a 2 year warranty got one for free , postage paid ,surely your staff should have known that.

I don't think I have ever worked for a company who cares more about its customer service and satisfaction that Daytona Homes. The quality and unique design features and finishes that Daytona offers also really sets the builder apart from several of its competitors. I couldn't be more proud to call myself a member of the Daytona family :).
