Accent Infills

WE HIT THE JACKPOT !! We bought a house from Matt at Accent Infills in March 2018. I can’t say enough positive things about this company. From beginning to end, they have been professional , efficient , and easy to work with. I knew we made the right choice when I met someone who works for a different builder but preferred to buy from Accent Infills because of the workmanship. Thank you Accent Infills. We will be referring lots of people to you

Extremely positive experience working with Matthew and his team! Accent Infills purchased our beautiful Westmount lot in Edmonton for a very fair price without the need for realtors. Accent was fast, friendly and professional the entire way through. I look forward to seeing the gorgeous future home built by Accent Infills.

We have been in our new home for exactly one week and we never imagined we would be so happy with the purchase of a new home. We love the design, the layout, the quality craftsmanship and lovely selection of interior products and appliances. If you are looking for the new home experience without having to purchase a home on the outskirts of the city then I would have to say that Accent offers a high quality and reasonably priced product for you. Matt has been a pleasure to work with and I genuinely appreciate that he has sold us a product that he whole heartedly believes in and that he has poured his heart and soul into the design, function and quality of. Additionally, he has a tremendously strong team. His superintendent Mike, is knowledgeable, agreeable and efficient; he turned a deficiency free home over to us and like Matt I can see the passion and dedication that he has brought to the construction of our home ensuring that the trade partners have provided their very best work through out the build. Last but not least is Alex, the warranty technician, who I can't imagine having to call very often. Alex, is very approachable, touched base with us within a few days of possession to make sure things were going well and is extremely prompt with replies and follow ups which to me is the key to quality customer service. I can't say enough good things about our new home, or the team that built it and sold it to us. Being apart of the new home industry I would say that what Accent Infills offers is the affoardability, consistency, quality and reliability of a large home builder while simultaneously giving you the intimate home buying experience of working with a small group of artisans who are passionate about their product and take the time to build a lasting relationship with their customer. Thank you so much for the wonderful home and the incredible experience!

Great experience dealing with Matt and the team at Accent when purchasing our home a little over a year ago, he and his wife have since become friends to my fiancée and I. Matt is very knowledgeable of all aspects of home construction and has a great customer service team to back him. Warranty claims have been minimal but all dealt with in a very timely fashion. Will look to them when we make the move to our next home.

Noise complaint against this builder. They didn't plan properly and have been running a generator for power for 5 weeks now, 24/7. Concrete truck onsite yesterday afternoon tracked mud up 127 St for the entire block, no one cleaned it or took responsibility. Woke up this morning at 6:35 am and had to listen to the cribbing crew hammering apart the concrete forms. Noise bylaw allows work from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm on weekdays. This builder has proven to find numerous ways to annoy the residents around their construction site. With this attention to detail on their builds you can expect what kind of quality?
