We purchased one of Alquinn’s Show homes this past summer. We were in the market for a new home, but we did not want to have the inevitable headaches of building one. The area where we chose boasts beautiful properties and our home stands shoulder to shoulder with all of them. The main deciding factor in our purchase decision was the Alquinn family, literally. Shannon was very knowledgeable and guided us through the purchase, financing and all the other intricacies of purchasing a home seamlessly. John was always available to answer questions and promptly address any concerns. Pam was very helpful in coordinating trades for work which was required prior to our move in date. Ted our site supervisor has been diligently working on completing the last remaining tasks to make this our perfect forever home. We would recommend Alquinn to anyone looking to build a home. They are a close knit family, who care about honesty, integrity and quality.

First I do love the location of my home and would never trade it. However dealing with this company to get anything done was horrible and I would never recommend them as a builder. As soon as I signed to release the conditions I could never get a hold of the sales lady again even though she said she would be with my the entire process. She blocked my number on her cell so all my calls went straight to voicemail and she never returned a single message. I did not have another contact number to call only hers. So my questions were never answered. There were multiple mistakes right from the beginning of getting blueprints drawn up. I made changes before blueprints were drawn up and the blueprints were wrong. Multiple mistakes through the building process that had I not caught they never would have been fixed. I'm not a home builder it's not my job to find these mistakes. It was the most stressful time as I felt I had to come every day to see what had been done and to see if mistakes had been corrected. After possession when they would come during inspection times it was a fight to get things corrected. At one point I asked to speak to the owner but he refused and they told me he was out of the office that day. He never called me. They never came back to finish the stairs on my deck... they still aren't done 18 months later. They never did the outside window washing they said they would come back and do after the winter. The trim on my garage man door was never painted and the nail marks not filled in. The garage man door itself was never painted and it should be. I could go on and on.

My Wife and I bought an Alquinn home 7 mths ago, we dealt with Shannon and Janice and couldnt have been taken care of by 2 better people. They did everything they could to make sure we where well taken care of. We have built 5 house and we wish we would have found Alquinn homes on our 1st one. The quality is unmatched by anybody out there. We had a retaining wall included in our deal and when we found out what it was we where very unhappy, but John and Shannon again stepped in and we got what we wanted, again they went over and above!! We did have some issues with the warranty part but that has since been taken care of 100 fold. I would recommend this builder to anyone. Bow and Lori

I am so glad we have met Ms Shannon from Alquinn homes and she helped us get our own house after four years of renting. I highly recommend their service because they gave us the best deal and the best house that will suite our needs. Again, thank you Ms Shannon and more power to Alquinn homes 😉

Love Alquinn Homes! They are friendly, professional, and their work quality is superb. The homes are not only functional, but beautiful. Shannon and John and all their staff are great to work with. Highly recommend them!
