My clients just moved into their new home in Stillwater(I’m a Realtor) and are very happy. From our first meeting there to possession day it’s been very professional. It’s s very nice area with a lot of nice small extras in the homes. If I have clients looking for new or in the Westend I try to show them Stillwater Mattamy Homes. Very impressed!

Bought house in mattamy Stillwater. So many faults. Paint is not properly done, worker walked of cement pad, a wall with a big curve, stairs got nails poking out, flooring had broken pieces, granite was broken in both kitchen and washroom..and till date I am still making appointments just to get things done. Some people are very good to serve.. and some just have who cares attitude.. at once I said I paid a lot and I am finding mistakes and I am being told to wait for year end.. well then why don't u wait on money from my account. Once lady said whether u paid $15 or $150000, any mistake found after the date of one hour inspection date is on the owner.. on the date I was about to get keys, no one showed up. Later they saw and asked me that if I am waiting for someone here, then half an hour later a new person shows up. Till date (5months) of moving, poor response, poor service. No happy at all.
