We live here! We love it!

We moved in at the beginning of October and are extremely happy that we chose Brookfield. We love the quality of the materials used, from the 75-gallon hot water tank and the fire suppression system, to the triple pane glass and the high-efficiency furnace. We are really impressed with the quality of the cabinets and other aesthetics, and I could go on and on. Finally, Cory and Shelley have been very responsive to our requests and the few deficiencies we've found were fixed very quickly. We received what we paid for and a whole lot more than that. Beautifully built, and for the price, I don't know where else we could have gotten quality on this scale.

I just purchased my first home through Shelly and Karen and the Octave, and can’t say enough wonderful things about my entire experience. These ladies were just so helpful, always answering any questions that came up and keeping me in the loop along the way. They even set me up with an amazing moving concierge service called Virtuo, who handled everything from movers, to tv and wifi services, which just made the moving process actually enjoyable! Thanks so much to Brookfield and the ladies at the Octave for everything, I’m so happy in my new home!! :)
