Story Time! We built a large custom home and we were very involved throughout entire construction of our home (as to be expected) back in 2013 . The Montorio team was very professional and considerate towards us, despite us being more particular than the average client regarding attention to detail. They are very knowledgeable and they know what they are doing. They were excellent to work with and explained everything thoroughly before taking action. They provide high quality workmanship, and integrity and through everyday work. We have nothing but good things to say about our experience with working with them. They also offer great assistance with the interior design, which we are also very happy with. Their commitment to following up on any details needing tweaking once the move in is complete Was surprising but amazing. They followed up with us constantly after the job and definitely did not disappear just because the job was done. We recommend Montorio Homes.

My cousin built with them, lovely home, but some of their sub-contractors are not great. They have been pretty good fixing deficiencies, but tried to cover-up some things prior to walk-through. Just like every other builder you need to keep watching them and stay on them to get the job done. Ohh.. and try not to work with Kevin (estimator) you should see the F'd up quotes he has for upgrades (his dad got him this job).

Montorio Homes constructed a full house build which we still own today. It has been 5 years since the constuction of the home, and there have been no issues with any of the building materials from the initial concrete all the way to the finishing. By far the best value and open building system in our current market. I was provided with Excel spreadsheets with all the material and labour cost sheets attached. There were no mystery prices or vague costs associated with the home. Every cost, including all sub-contracts, was listed clearly on the spreadsheet and this is exactly what was reflected in the costs and receipts. Given all the stories of shady builders and run-away project costs, many people are rightfully scared of building a new home. The system with Montorio Homes made this a non-issue and I would build again.
