My wife and I consulted with Effect Home Builders on a major redesign for a portion of our home. Les, Dale and the team were very helpful and professional. They informed us of our options and suggested some creative solutions. Although we decided to not proceed with the project we felt we were in good hands throughout the entire process and it was a pleasure to work with the Effect team.

We’ve been in our wonderful home for about 18 months now. Effect Homes have done a truly incredible job building our very unique home. They were involved with our architects from day one to make the vision come alive. The work was professional and meticulous at every step. The quality is second to none. I can’t say enough about the integrity and commitment of everyone involved, from the owners of the company to everyone that set foot in our home from beginning to end. Effect truly cares about their work. The house is magnificent! And probably one of the most energy efficient in Edmonton.

I am a former employee of Effect Home Builders. It was a great experience working with the company. They helped support me through the carpentry apprenticeship program and truly care about employee satisfaction, training and safety. It is a close group that has a positive vibe. I am very proud of the homes I helped build while with the company.

Working with Effect for many years I have found them to be professional and innovative. They also hold themselves to a higher standard than many other builders. Having visited different show homes that they have constructed I can say that they are a great team that builds exceptional homes that are energy efficient.

We built our home with Effect Home Builders in 2014. We built a large custom home and we were very involved in the entire process, and I would guess we are more particular than the average client regarding attention to detail. We would highly recommend choosing Effect Home Builders. They know what they are doing. They were excellent to work with. They provide high quality workmanship, and integrity and transparency in their business dealings. If any issue arose with the trades on a specific job, it was always rectified to our satisfaction. We have nothing but good things to say about our experience with working with Effect. Sydney assisted us with the interior design, which we are also very happy with. Their commitment to following up on any details needing tweaking once the move in is complete is also excellent. They definitely don't disappear just because the job is done. The entire crew is pleasant, and after working together over several months on such a large project, we miss seeing them from time to time.
