Kate and Diane located at the Newcastle/Rapperswill area were extremely helpful throughout the entire buying process. They were always available to answer any questions and went out of their way to ensure that the buying experience was easy for me. I was very please with how the house turned out! I would recommend this duo to anyone looking to purchase a home with this builder.

We are one year into our new home and still loving it. Pacesetter team has been wonderful to work with. From sales, construction and now the warranty department. They have been pleasant, helpful and diligent in ensuring our home is a place we love. Thanks to all, highly recommend Pacesetter to anyone considering a new home.

Please read before you sign any new home builder's contract. I am sharing so that others who are thinking of purchasing a new home are aware of the how biased Home Builder’s contracts are. There is absolutely no protection for you after you sign their contract. I was assured by both a real estate professional and Pacesetter sales agent that the contract was standard but had no idea how biased it truly was. It truly wish I had reviewed the contract with a lawyer. I am to take possession this week. If I walk away, I lose a significant deposit and am open to being sued for Pacesetter's losses, plus interest. My only choice is to move in and know that the property I have purchased is worth almost 10% less than what I paid for it instantly as the exact unit beside me is currently listed for that amount. I hope that no one else ever suffers by making the same mistake I did. Please ensure you have a lawyer work with you to create a fair contract.

I had an absolutely incredible experience buying my home from Moe Ahmad. This guy goes above and beyond expectations and was there to answer all of my questions every step of the way. He was always able to look into any matter that came up within minutes and get back to me with clear answers. He was extremely patient with my requests and did anything in his power to make me feel like a valued customer. I would not hesitate to send any of my friends and family over to Moe at any time.
