We have purchased our home with Rohit, but do not have possession yet. We wanted to give kudos to Daphne and Bonnie for going the distance to not only sell us our first home but to help us become homeowners. We also wanted to give a shout out to Freya and her team - Freya gave us our home start which was so informative! She was honest and transparent about the building process which helps with our expectations. It was great to meet someone who will be physically putting our house together so we can turn it into our home. Unfortunately we weren’t able to make any modifications during the home start- and seeing as there was no show home for the model we purchased we were a little bit in the dark on certain details in till than. We are very excited for the next stages and our possession. We will update our review once we have had the full home buying experience Update: Bonnie is absolutely amazing! She really understands the process and her client's needs as first time home buyers. She truly goes above and beyond to keep us informed and help in whatever way possible.

This is a customer service review of Rohit Communities as our home has yet to be built. My partner and I have recently decided to take the plunge and invest in our first home. I am told that buying any new home is typically accompanied by some stress, but, in our experience, buying our first home was completely overwhelming. There is just so much to know - hours and hours of Googling cannot prepare you enough! However, the first-time-home-buyer process was made significantly easier with Daphne and Bonnie's help. These two ladies from Rohit Communities were friendly, promptly answered any questions we had and guided us through the process every step of the way. Not only were they very knowledgeable about their company, they were also familiar with the First Place Program and other steps one must take in order to buy a new house. We had looked into many options for buying our first home, including other First Place Program builders, and easily decided to build with Rohit. We have yet to take possession of our home, but I am currently very happy with our decision to build with Rohit and the First Place Program. We loved that the Rohit show homes we visited demonstrated exactly what you will be buying (no hidden upgrades that cost extra). We also greatly appreciate the fact that we can get continuous updates of the progress of our home as it is being built. All in all, I would recommend Rohit Communities and the First Place Program for any first-time home buyer. I will update my review once we take possession of our place.

I have recently bought townhome at Larkspur Landing by Rohit Communities. Being first-time home buyer, I was quite uncertain if I will be able to get home at affordable price. but, I am really thankful to Shawn who helped me in any concerns regarding the house. He did a fantastic job in addressing my concerns and issues. Shawn is a thorough professional who provided timely and accurate information. I am really satisfied with the services I got from him. I highly recommend family and friends to contact Rohit communities before purchasing a home.

We are first time home owner and had a very wonderful experience with the help of Tonya and Jonathan at Rohit communities Timberidge, Edmonton .Tonya and Jonathan are both pleasant, patient, understanding and always available to assist when never we called upon them. Just not happy with Rohit as a company for not including Real property report and using their lawyer for smooth buying process , Rohit needs to informed home buyers at the initial stage of purchase especially for first time home buyers

I am very frustrated with Rohit! First home has been a nightmare dealing with all their work for them. I dont work for you rohit and I am not your receptionist. You expect me to do the trades organization for you?? Wow is all I have to say! Maybe if you did things properly the first time these messes wouldn't happen and your job would be easier. Cassandra, you have no right to speak down to me the way you did. I am not your child. You need to change your tone when speaking with customers. Unprofessional and rude.
