I have worked with Parkwood on a few projects and find their staff to be very friendly and informative. While I have not built a home with them yet, I did have the opportunity to work with them as a vendor and learn about the in-depth process they go through with their customers. They take pride in their work and go the extra mile. Their marketing and sales teams are fantastic and really know their stuff. I 100% would build with this company.

We moved two years ago, and we are very satisfied with our new home in Tamarack Common. We've been renting, and we are so happy that we bought this home from Parkwood. They use quality materials and we love the finishing. We always refer Ron to our friends looking for new home in Tamarack, he is very helpful and patient in answering all our questions and help us out to get this home. He is very professional and always guide us with our concern. And even after our possession, he keeps us informed specially our 1-year warranty.

I am going to amend my prior review. I have been in the home for a couple years. The house itself is fine, however. they built another house next to mine and wrecked my final grade. I knew this would happen, so I did not fully complete it. I have been in contact with their seasonal department many times and have nothing but a run around. I have asked to meet with a site supervisor and have been declined this request for some reason. I cannot finish my landscaping until this is finished. I was told it was to be completed last week and it was not, I have tried to get in contact with Cara, their seasonal rep, and she is condescending and stand offish to deal with. Not impressed with their lack of caring for my property.

I had our home built by Parkwood in Tamarack and was the greatest decision we’ve ever made to build with them. We loved our home and proud of the great work that was done. We are very happy with the homebuilding experience. Our Sales Manager, Ron Torrella made the process very easy by explaining every detail thoroughly. After moving in, other than the few nail pops, and other minor issues which was fixed, we are vey satisfied with the 1-year builder’s warranty. We always referred Ron and Parkwood to our friends.
