Thanks to Sandy at Landmark Rosenthal for making our first time purchasing a house such an easy process. She answered all our questions and concerns in a timely manner and made sure we got exactly what we’re looking for. From beginning to the possession date and until now she’s still in contact. I would definitely recommend more of my friends and family with Landmark. We love our home and we’re excited to see our community grow.

I would like to share my great experience of purchasing a new home from Landmark. I recently purchased a show home, and my experience was excellent because of a specific person I dealt with: Victoria Brown, a sales representative of Landmark. Victoria made the process smooth and quick. She always got back to me on time, kept her promises and definitely represented my interests, which was very nice since I did not have a realtor involved. It was a real pleasure to deal with Victoria, and that is what built my impression of Landmark as a great company. Victoria, thank you again an lots of appreciation! Speaking about my home specifically, it is a duplex and I love it! It feels like detached home since there is a great sound isolation with my neighbours. I can only hear how they use stairs occasionally, but nothing else! And they have a newborn baby there! There are few concerns to the builder, but they are minor and company promised to fix them as part of New Home Warranty. Definitely, recommend Landmark to everyone!

My experience has been great so far. Jeanette was very helpful to deal with on the sales side, and Tania was also a pleasure to work with in the design studio. I was able to get exactly what I wanted so far, and I'll update this review after I take possession. My possession date was almost exactly on target with what Jeanette suggested it should be when we signed the papers. Just over 6 months. They were able to give me an exact date just over a month away from possession, and so far everything looks great. They really took the time to walk me through the final few weeks to make sure nothing was missed, and were quick to fix up the very few minor deficiencies right away.

Purchased our home in Rosenthal and our representative Sandy was amazing to work with. We had a few bumps along the way but she made everything so much Easier to deal with she’s a real Gem ;) We have been living in our landmark home for almost a month now and so far so good !! We are very happy with everything and have had no real issues come up. The house is beautiful it’s everything we asked for and more.

Landmark builds quality homes and has excellent warranty service based on my recent experience. I recently built in Walker Lakes in SE Edmonton and could not be happier with the service thus far; I had nothing to bring up at the the 2-month warranty appointment that wasn’t already being addressed. Our sales representative, Alison Dewar, was both knowledgeable and extremely helpful with regards to the build process at every step and so I highly recommend paying her a visit if you’re interested in building a beautiful home from a reliable builder.
